According to the report of the Ministry of International Trade on October 28, 2021, an old customer recently purchased an APM1010 CNC angle steel production line from our company. Since the customer purchased an APM1412 in 2014, there have been some problems during the use of this product. Problem, in order to avoid similar problems in newly purchased products, we have put forward a request to our company. In response to these questions raised by customers, the Quality Department convened relevant personnel to analyze and answer them one by one.
This meeting requires designers to further review the specifications of our products and improve related content, especially the content of maintenance. Pay special attention to the problems raised by users, ask the technical center to consider, analyze the causes and propose specific solutions.
This meeting solved the problem that the feeding trolley did not stop when it returned to the origin after the processing was completed. Through the limit switch and the hard limit, the gear directly fell off the rack and turned to the ground, and the connecting bolts of the trolley frame body and the material channel were loosened. When the material is being fed, it collides with the punching unit, causing the equipment to stop; the forehearth gearbox has no gear oil; the typewriter rotates the handwheel while the equipment is in operation.
The position was changed due to vibration during operation; the Fayin identification cover on the hydraulic oil tank had oil leakage due to the problem of too long fastening bolts.
This meeting put forward praise and encouragement to the Ministry of International Trade and Technology, and hope that the company staff will put forward more suggestions and improvement methods for the company's products, increase the competitiveness of the products, and make customers more satisfied.
