The PDDL2016 Type Intelligent Plate Processing Production Line, developed by Shandong FIN CNC Machine Co., Ltd., is mainly used for high-speed drilling and marking of plates. It integrates components such as a marking unit, drilling unit, worktable, numerical control feeding device, as well as pneumatic, lubrication, hydraulic, and electrical systems. The processing flow includes manual loading, drilling, marking, and manual unloading 14. It is suitable for workpieces with sizes ranging from 300×300 mm to 2000×1600 mm, thicknesses from 8 mm to 30 mm, and a maximum weight of 300 kg, featuring high precision and efficiency

●Efficient Production Capacity: The X and Y axis speed reaches 20 m/min, the Z axis speed is 10 m/min, and the maximum spindle speed is 3000 r/min. It is equipped with a 4-station automatic tool changing system, significantly improving processing efficiency .

●Automation and Intelligence: Controlled by PLC (Mitsubishi from Japan) and a numerical control system, it has functions such as self-detection, fault alarm, and automatic programming, reducing manual intervention .
